You must be 19 or older to be able to rent a car in Iran (without driver)

Driving license:

You must have international driver’s license or your local driver’s license to be able to rent a car. You can drive your car for 6 month in Iran.

Extra Driver:

You do not need to pay any more money for extra driver.
